2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All purchases made through Fabricodes, including digital goods, tools, templates, and subscription plans, are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a purchase is made, it is not eligible for a refund, regardless of usage or access status.

2.2 Customer Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review product descriptions, features, and system requirements before making a purchase.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.

 

3. Subscription Management

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are valid for one month from the date of purchase.
  • At the end of the one-month period, the subscription will not automatically renew. Customers must manually purchase a new monthly subscription if they wish to continue using the service.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • At the end of the one-year period, the subscription will not automatically renew. Customers must manually purchase a new annual subscription if they wish to continue using the service.

3.3 Cancellation Process

  • As subscriptions do not automatically renew, there is no need for a cancellation process.
  • Customers can choose not to purchase a new subscription after the current period expires if they do not wish to continue using the service.

4.1 Billing Errors

  • In the case of billing errors, such as being charged incorrectly, customers should contact Fabricodes customer support immediately.
  • Errors will be reviewed, and necessary adjustments will be made to correct any billing mistakes.
